Hi my name is Ryan. I need to have some tree services at a property I'm managing off 48th and Duval near the North Loop area and about 12-15 minutes north of downtown. I think it's going to take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete this job (it may take less time or longer) and the owner needs the job completed before 4:30pm today or tomorrow (Sunday, 12/12) anytime before 5pm.
I am paying $75.00 cash for this job, so it doesn't matter to me how short or long this takes. Also, I will help you anyway I can help if you need an extra hand. To save you time, the price is $75.00 firm, I don't have time to negotiate, nor want to and that's a fair price. Safety is really important to the owner, especially your safety while operating a chainsaw and climbing a ladder.
You will not be responsible for anything except cutting the branches to the ground (for the 2nd and 3rd pictures), once it's on the ground I will remove all debris and make additional cuts, so you don't have to remove anything from the property. There are no electrical wires in the way, no houses in the way, nor cars. The neighbors to the adjacent property are out of town.
The first pictures are of 3 small dead trees in the back of the house. They need to be cut to as low as possible but at least 1-2 feet from the ground. It should take about 15 minutes tops to do that and should be very easy.
The second and third picture are pictures of the base of 2 large branches that needs to be cut, this will be more challenging, I want to say the base of these branches is around 4-5 inches in thickness, so make sure your chainsaw can cut it.
You need the following at a minimum to do this job:
1. A chainsaw
2. A ladder
If you have any questions please ask me in advance.
