Need a place to practice one day a week? We have an opening for another band or solo artist to join us in our high-ceiling, safe & secure practice space in the Old Rainier Brewery. 4 respectful, responsible bands currently share the space, keeping the rent low for everyone. We've occupied the room for almost a decade. Rent for one dedicated practice day a week: $153/month (lower if we add a sixth band) Available days: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Amenities: Shared drum set (bring your own snare/cymbals), shared bass cab (bring your own head), powerful PA with plenty of stands and cables (prefer you to bring your own mics), little bit of extra storage space for amps. No room for another drum kit, so you'd need to use the shared kit. Drop a line if you're interested!
