Get ready for a rejuvenating journey through sound and movement! aVenueJP and Ecstatic Dance MA teamed up to give you a beautiful evening that will consist of: - a 10 minute opening session with a warm up, breathing exercise and optional ice breaker. - a 1 hour live DJed set on our silent disco sound system (you each get headphones to control the volume on a personal level) - a 10 minute sound healing (sometimes live, sometimes on the equipment) with a guided meditation.
