Need a Handyman

I need to hire a Handyman that can do everything :=), Jack of all trades. We are moving after 21 years and there are lots of things that need done. Some plumbing, painting, deck repair, some shed repairs, swap light fixtures, one shed needs to be leveled and has some termite damage. Some chainsaw work of downed trees and branches, burn excess limbs (if burn ban is lifted in our area). Please contact me with your hourly rate and any travel rates (gas or mileage), I have at least two weeks work or more. I have many tools and a Pro account at Lowes to get whatever we need. I have truck and trailer for dump runs. I also need a laborer to do yard work, move a bunch of stuff from the back of my lot to the front of my lot. Manually spread gravel and cold patch pavement (not a lot, bags of gravel from Lowes are near where the holes are in my driveway. I have wheel barrows to move if needed. If you, as the Handyman have a helper that can function with you and do my yard work and moving stuff around. Add his hourly rate to the your hourly rate. (please breakout both rates, I have another ad for Laborer) This may be 3+ weeks of work. I will pay at the end of each week. Depends on weather and lulls in the work, i.e. waiting for drywall mud to dry or paint or ? References required. Please send 2 references with your hourly quote. Must have reliable transportation. Hours are from 9am to ? depends on jobs and weather. (I am creating a second ad for a Yard man to help if you don't have one) He will be available to help you with tasks that require an extra set of hands.
