Mountain States Snowcats specializes in year round equipment work. We provide services from excavation, forestry and snowcat work. We are hiring for a full time year round operator. This open position is looking for someone with experience running excavators, loaders, dozers, etc. Primary roles will be excavating for foundations, and site grading. Work schedule is Monday to Friday in the summer and rotating for 7 day coverage in the winter. Winter work consists of continued excavation work, snow removal, and snowcat work. This position receives a lot of overtime in the summer months and starts immediately. Healthcare, 401K, holiday pay, and paid time off starts after 60 days. Lead operators are provided with company vehicles as an added bonus. We have options for housing and housing assistance. This position will require someone living full time in Grand county, and would be home every night. CDL is a plus.
