Missing Frenchie

My brown frenchie, Juice, got off leash last night and ran away. He was last seen in the Costco parking lot at RiverPoint shopping center. He is very skiddish and will run if you pursue him. He has on a green harness. He’s scared of loud noises so please do not yell at him. Please help me find him and call if found.
