Looking for a make ready estimator/feild make ready supervisor

We are a well established and growing makeready company and we are looking for an estimator who can do makeready estimates for a single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and condos. We do work for a wide range of clients. We are NOT looking for a construction estimator. This is a different beast. Qualified applicant should have at least five years experience in bidding jobs ranging from small $1000 make readies to $30,000 make readies and 3 years of running make readies. To begin, this will be a hybrid position. You will need to be able to bid water heater replacements, appliances, cabinet replacements, Painting, wood floors, carpet, sheetrock and wall repair, blinds etc. Basically anything that goes into a makeready estimate. You will need to be able to walk a property and create a punch list of things that need to be done and assign times and supply values to each item. Most of the times we have the scope of work ahead of time. We will train you the way we want our bids to be done, But you need to have the experience first of doing bids. We have a program set up for bid sheets. We cover the entire DFW metroplex area with a heavier concentration in the north Dallas area. We are looking for a detail orientated person who has a good work ethic. You will be working directly under one of the owners of the company. You will need to have a good form of transportation, a smart phone and basic computer knowledge. A 2X year old vehicle, regardless of how reliable you feel it is, does not cut it. We are not looking for somebody who cannot show up to appointments on time, who has a lot of baggage or alot of drama in there lives.
