I'm an subcontractor with more work than I can handle at the moment. I'm in need of a helper/installer for tile jobs. I get all types of residential remodel work but my main focus is tile. I've been doing tile for 7+ years and basic remodeling for about 3 years. I need someone with some experience in general remodeling. I'm not trying to train anyone from the ground up. My work isn't immaculate but it's very close to perfect. So I expect the same attention to detail from the people who work with me. Must be able to lift 60lbs and be comfortable with being on knees majority of the day. Must have basic power tool knowledge. This is UNDER the TABLE pay, type of work. I pay CASH weekly and can Venmo or Cash App if preferred. I do not take out taxes. That is on you to take care of. Pay is determined by skill level, ownership of tools, and dedication to the work. I'm up for negotiating pay if the work reflects the request. The harder and faster you work, the more money you make. I also offer bonuses for completing work before dead lines. You will work with me on most jobs. I will show up before you and leave after you most days unless something comes up. I don't expect any one to work harder than me, but I expect you to keep up. You must have your own transportation. If you own the required tools than that's great. If not then I will provide what you need until you can purchase your own. I will not keep anyone who shows up to work smelling like alcohol or weed. What you do in your OWN TIME is your business not mine. Do not bring it on the job though. Show up sober or don't show up at all. Work is Monday thru Friday typically and weekends are optional. I do not do over time pay. But you can work as many hours as you want.
