Join a fast growing business with a pleasant team as the production assistant and general handyperson. This is a great entry-level role with room for growth for anyone interested in breweries, wineries, bars, restaurants or logistics business. You will be part of the backbone of the operation and must be able to pay attention to detail, follow instructions to a T, communicate well and be thorough in your duties. You will be part of a small team and will need to assist all functions at times, so expect to learn all facets of the production/manufacturing, distribution, sales and retail sides of the business. Thus need to also be a quick learner and curious about everything that makes this ship sail. The job will include moving objects, sometimes heavy (up to 150lb kegs), following and developing recipes and procedures, cleaning of all sorts, driving and making deliveries in our vans, interacting with customers, logging info into spreadsheets, solving problems and fixing things. Must have reliable transportation and good driving record. Should be a self starter able to do work unsupervised in both warehouse and retail settings. Must send resume or relevant work history with reference and solve for 4+5 in your response to be considered for the position. Note this is located in Carson/Gardena area so do not respond if that is too much of a commute. Hours can be somewhat flexible but generally about 11am-7pm. Plenty of room to grow as you learn our operations. Compensation will be based on experience and/or education. Good for an internship to employee opportunity also.
