Warehouse Handyman Needed

We are looking for a handyman to help out around our warehouse. Essentially, looking for someone to call when something needs to be fixed or renovated. Currently, we need vinyl floor laid, a wall moved, offices painted, etc. You could do the jobs nights/weekends or during the day - really whenever and there's not usually a deadline to get stuff done.
