4th Annual Alan Ross Rocks the Course Golf Tournament at Parkland Golf and Country Club. Alan Ross, a South Florida native, lived a storied life, well-known as a successful criminal defense attorney, an avid fisherman, skilled golfer, and proud (grand) father. Alan rediscovered one of his lifelong passions, playing the drums, and was making time for various gigs while managing his busy law practice and doing what brought him the most joy, spending time with his family. Alan passed away on April 27, 2018, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. His family has honored his memory by endowing a scholarship in his name at the University of Miami. This year, for the first time, the beneficiary of the Golf Tournament will be a research grant within American Cancer Society's South Florida Chapter. For those of you who have participated in the Alan Ross Rocks the Course Golf Tournament in the past, you know what to expect. Great music, great food, definitely great adult beverages and a truly fun round of golf. After a year off due to COVID-19, we can't wait to make the 2022 Alan Ross Rocks the Course Golf Tournament the best one yet.
