2nd Shift: Monday through Friday between 4:30pm to 1:00am As a machine operator / Order picker employed at Tyler Distribution, duties to be performed would be, but not limited to the following: • Operate all powered and unpowered work savers, or electric pallet jacks, etc. • Employee must load, unload, and transport all warehouse freight. This product may weigh anywhere from fifteen to fifty pounds. • Employee must be able to handle cases to load, or unload. This product may weigh anywhere from fifteen to fifty pounds. • Employee must be able to count, repack, or repalletize all product when necessary. • Employee must be able to spend a long amount of time standing on concrete floors. • Also sweep, clean and perform other manual functions necessary to all warehouse operations. Requirements Physical demands and abilities • Regularly sitting or standing on a powered industrial truck, ability to operate electric pallet jack. • Frequently lifting to 75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time • Having a good sense of balance • Having good eye-hand-foot coordination • Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights • Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season, will be exposed to warehouse temperatures and noises.
