Join Gig Harbor for Racial Justice and Indivisible Gig Harbor as we gather in the spirit and memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Join Gig Harbor for Racial Justice and Indivisible Gig Harbor as we gather to honor the spirit and memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the movement for social justice. Keynote speaker - Drayton Jackson, Executive Director of Foundations for Homeless and Poverty Management, will share his story and experiences centering racial justice issues as a member of the Central Kitsap School Board. Drayton will be joined by the youth voices of the Gig Harbor High School choir, and several other community leaders and advocates from the greater Gig Harbor community. If you are receiving this invite you are on our VIP list! This event is family friendly and inclusive! Children are encouraged to attend and there will be a crafts table with social justice coloring pages! COVID Safety Protocols: Proof of vaccination will be checked at the door and masks are required. We will be collecting non-perishable for the FISH Food Bank.
