I am looking for 2 to 3, maybe 4 photographers. You MUST be fully skilled in Equestrian Photography, specifically for Eventing! This means you need to be able to properly photograph Dressage Rides, Stadium Rides, and Cross Country. (See example Photos) You need to be able to follow a organizational plan to keep these photos organized by entry number. This plan can not be varied. You must be able to work alone, as well as with others. Pay is dependant on skill. I am VERY fair in pay. Once I see your doing what is needed, pay raises are a given. You need to have your own equipment. A good DSLR, 80 to 200mm / 2.8 lens, plenty of batteries to last 8 to 10 hours, and at least 3 large size memory cards for your camera. You need to be ON TIME, not afraid of horses. I am looking for local to Knoxville, TN. However if you need to travel hotel can be provided as well as gas. These are 2 to 3 day events, starting at 7:30 am on Saturdays, ending between 3PM and 6PM. MANY breaks throughout the day. (Saturday can be a little longer). Sundays Start at 7:30AM ending between 2PM and 3 PM. Occasional Fridays in the afternoon, 1/2 days. Contact me by e mail only
