This is our way of saying thank you for the support that our community has shown us. It's because of supporters like YOU that we are able to impact lives through Nutrition education, Exercise programs, and Wellness support services. All are welcome: volunteers, donors, supporters, and community members. Grab the family, put on your ugliest holiday sweaters and join us for games, refreshments, and good vibes. She has established roots in the community through her philanthropic work which includes, leading a host of fitness events that raises awareness on social and economic issues; providing access to free or low-cost fitness programs to underserved communities and underprivileged populations; and volunteering her time and talents to various community outreach events with a variety of faith-based and nonprofit organizations.
