A dining performance celebrating the intersection of Japanese culinary culture, edible Chinese calligraphy, and Filipino cocktails. Crane & Turtle, Washoku Renaissance, Rayna Lo Art, and Tanam present a dining conceptual experience bridging food, art, and libations for Bow Zen 2021. We present you a storytelling dining performance celebrating the intersection between Japanese culinary arts, edible Chinese calligraphy, and cocktails imbuing Filipino ingredients. Calligraphy will be written with food grade ingredients and will be paired with sashimi style plating. Soup and sushi rice will also be provided after the performance.
