Full Moon Cacao Ceremony, Sound Journey, Embodiment Join us Thursday, December 18 from 7-9pm for an intimate full moon ceremony. Under the light of the GEMINI FULL MOON, you will be guided into the magic of your own heart and spirit. Our soundscape, curated by DJ GenerationEva, will take you through a full journey into yourself. We will start with a cacao ceremony led by Lisa to open up your heart. Lisa will then guide us into a meditation and embodiment practice and provide reiki during meditation. The embodiment practice is a blend of breathwork, intuitive and sensual movement all paired to the frequency of the music. Eva and Lisa will bring you through this journey so that you can feel more nourished, whole, and in touch with your aliveness. Please bring: Pillow or Blanket, Mug for Cacao, Journal, Water bottle, crystals, or anything else you would like at your side for a ceremony. This is a limited ticket event in a new beautiful space called Ritual Wellness! She is a firm believer that movement can be medicinal, whether it’s moving the breath, body, emotion, or energy. She empowers others to value their own worth so that they choose to show up for themselves every single day because they are worth showing up for. Lisa creates and holds a safe space for others to unwind, face their shadows, and discover their inner light through embodiment. She integrates a somatic approach into her teachings. Lisa uses the portal of music to guide you into your body and encourages you to use your own body as a map to explore, get lost, and discover.
