Through mindful movement, regular meditation and building community with like minded individuals. Classes with Megan will incorporate a combination of different movement practices (Yoga, Tai Ji, Corrective Exercises, Range of Motion, Calisthenics, etc.), Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation and Education on Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology. Creating a class with all these ingredients will help participants begin to understand: how their bodies are put together, why they feel pain, what they can do to self-sooth or correct discomforts, how they can prevent or recover from injury and build a deeper awareness of their own individual Mind-Body-Spirit connection.
