This is the city's best bar celebration on NYE!    Main Room: Ghost Killers   Lower Lounge: Phat Matt   Admission includes APPETIZER BUFFET (9-10:30pm), and Midnight champagne toast!    Dress Code: No hats, hoodies, workboots. It's New Year's Eve, dress to impress!  21+ event.   No alcohol permitted on premises other than that served by West End Johnnies (establishment). Unruly conduct, excessive intoxication, improper identification (only proper Driver's license or Passport will be accepted), or failure to obey rules of the establishment may result in denial of entry or ejection from the event at the sole discretion of the establishment's security staff and/or management, without refund of the ticket purchase price.   ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL: NO REFUNDS.
