We keep a pretty tight rein on the number of tickets made available and ensure that we're not at maximum capacity so that the party is lively, but always comfortable. Plus, the NYE soirée will be hosted throughout the entire bar and dining room areas and guests will be able to order drinks from the bar or from servers circulating throughout the restaurant. What is the refund policy? We are able to refund your ticket within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours from your ticket purchase, we will not issue a refund; however, your tickets are transferrable to friends who are 21 years or older. You can edit the name and email address on your tickets by logging into your Eventbrite account and following these instructions for ticket transfers. Will any tickets be available at the door? Sorry, tickets to our NYE party will not be available at the door. If the party sells out, is there a waitlist? We will run a waitlist if our New Year's Eve party sells out. In the event that we are able to release more tickets, those at the top of the waitlist will receive an automatic notification from Eventbrite. If you are on the waitlist, this does not guarantee admission to our New Year's Eve party. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please kindly bring your printed ticket or present your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival. What is the dress code for the party? There isn't any specific dress code for our New Year's Eve party, but we welcome you to dress up for the evening. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes. Specially sourced Dutch-style mussels, traditional flammekuchen (crispy flatbreads), and braises and stews such as Smith’s Lapin a la Kriek (rabbit braised in cherry beer) and other classic, regional dishes serve as the core of the seasonally changing menu.
