Join me to write a Realtor business plan so you know exactly how to earn a consistent income selling in the GNO Market. 2-Hour New Orleans Realtor Business Planning Workshop Are you a Realtor in New Orleans who wants to streamline your business so you can sell more properties? It seems like everywhere you look there is another coach, trainer, Facebook group, seminar, or “idea” to help you sell more real estate. If you’re anything like most agents, you have likely struggled with the ups and downs of inconsistent commission income. Personally, I have read every book and watched countless hours of YouTube videos, all in the hopes I would discover the key to helping my agents organize their business so they can add more revenue to their bottom line. After investing time, money and energy researching, I want to share what I’ve learned with you. You’re invited to this collaborative workshop with a simple promise – I will help you write a clear business plan! This is the same session my agents attend to formulate a plan for the upcoming year. I’ll teach you what we do to ensure a smooth running business, step by step, so you can implement best practices to increase your sales volume. My main goal is to help agents achieve a stable income, and if you sign up and spend 2 hours with me, I will share what I know to help you, too. Here’s the agenda for our time together: SWOT Analysis - Utilizing the SWOT analysis method, we’ll take a deeper look at your business habits to create a detailed plan for improving your workflows and implementing good business practices and habits to help increase your GCI. 2021 Deep Dive - What doesn’t get measured, won’t be improved! We’ll take a deep dive into your numbers and marketing budget to help guide your plan. By reviewing your past sales trends, we will create a clear cut set of mini-goals to support your overall 2022 sales goal. Lead Conversion - We’ll discuss working with a CRM and how ours is set up to manage all our leads. You’ll learn how to respond to prospective clients and develop a plan to nurture contacts so when they are ready to buy or sell real estate – they call YOU first. There is a very specific strategy to get someone to respond to you without feeling like a pest. You’ll learn exactly how to do this with video email, phone calls, texting and more. I call this our Smart Plan for lead conversion. Past Clients, Referrals and Prospecting - Once the home is sold, it’s really important to get reviews and make sure you have a solid plan to stay in touch. You’ll learn the plan we have in place to make sure we continue communication with our clients after the sale, including how we ask for reviews so they actually get written. I’ll also share our 33 touch campaign for client retention. To be clear, there is zero intention to “recruit” you in this class. I would love for the opportunity to work with you, and I’m sure we’ll do business together someday. My main goal is to share the information I have been able to gather with you. Even though in essence we’re all in competition with one another, I firmly believe by sharing information we can elevate our profession while making money at the same time!
