Looking to purchase a chihuahua as a gift for my mother for Christmas after the one we had passed after 18 years a couple months ago.. Im willing to pay rehoming fee..some people on here charge a arm and a leg I’m really just looking for something reasonable I live in Tampa but I’m also willing to travel thank you and happy holidays
