You’ll be treated to an all levels Vinyasa Flow in this beautiful San Diego setting with a special crystal singing bowl savasana to follow. This event is going to be pure magic. Bring your yoga mat, props, a beach towel, water, sunscreen, and a friend! Cat Valadez is a yoga instructor with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience who’s been practicing yoga since 2006, teaching since 2012, and is inspired by a variety of styles, from Vinyasa Ashtanga and Feldenkrais, to yin yoga and mindfulness. Her teaching places equal emphasis on traditional yoga methods as she does on current movement science. Cat’s teaching is detailed and clear, empowering students to help them cultivate strength and autonomy in their practice. Her mission is to help people joyfully access their innate strength and wisdom, and empower them to make the practice their own.
