Found puppy. Looks to be about 6 to 8 months. Was found at McGimsey Scout Park dumped. He is not neutered and has no chip. About 40lbs. Has severe scarring in the neck area. We believe he was dumped and and previously neglected. Wanting to give him to a good caring home. He does have bad separation anxiety since coming into contact with humans.
