The practice is about each person discovering their full potential and becoming the master of of their life. For centuries the Sufi teachings have helped individuals separate themselves from their limiting self narratives and imposed identities in order to truly experience the reality of themselves and the source of strength within. The Sufi Psychology Association takes the teachings of Sufism and combines them with Western Psychology to not only address the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors but to dive deeper into the ineffable part of the human being.
