The practice will guide you through acknowledgement of the past year while helping you wipe the slate clean and prepare for a new period of abundant living. In this physically challenging class, you'll learn learn the symbolism and meaning of 108. Class will conclude with a guided meditation and Reiki. Cassie will assist you in setting your Sankalpa (resolution) for the New Year! Bring a friend to generate conscious and elevated energy together!
