If you have a background in the trades or construction industries, and are ready to work for a great company with a fantastic culture and a strong future, look no further.  The Lead Technician is responsible for floor, shower and other hard surface restoration work in homes (and businesses) and ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the service performed. The candidate must be meticulous with their work and exceptional in dealing with customers. Though we will provide training for your day-to-day responsibilities, we are looking for outstanding individuals to step into the role with a polished, professional demeanor and attention to detail.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Clean and seal stone and tile floors and walls * Clean and colorseal grout * Regrout and recaulk shower stalls and tub-shower enclosures * Hone and polish natural stone floors and countertops ATTRIBUTES: *  A friendly, "customer first" attitude and an ability to interact professionally  *  Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be meticulous and organized *  Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision *  Reliable work ethic, honest, trustworthy and on time. Especially on time! REQUIREMENTS: *  1-3 years experience working on floors, showers and/or other hard surfaces is preferred *  Previous tile installation, construction background and sales experience all a major PLUS*  A clean driver's license with own vehicle (SUV or van is a plus) *  Available weekdays and some Saturdays *  A working cell phone and personal computer with Internet *  Ability to pass a background check and a drug test. * Priority given to those living in Westchester or surrounding counties COMPENSATION: Compensation: Hourly wage during training.
