Manhattan based interior design and renovations company has an opening for a HANDYMAN to perform Finish Carpentry/Minor Plumbing & Electrical/Tile/Sheetrock/Plaster/Paint/Hardware and other interior punch out work. Must be a professional self-motivated worker who can complete work independently based on pre-scheduled work orders and also have the ability to communicate and coordinate with clients when necessary. Must be familiar with working inside NYC apartment buildings and dealing with clients who may be residing in the apartment while work is being performed. Ideal candidates will have their own tools & vehicle, proven work experience in similar roles, and be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude toward work and solving problems. Guaranteed 5 full days every week. $30-$38 per hour DOE Employee Choice W-2 or 1099
