Description
A couple of us had a serious Irish rock band years ago, and we'd like to revisit the catalog of The Pogues in a live setting again. Had our first gig March of 2020 cancelled on us, and now we're back at it a 3rd time. There are 5 of us now, (guitar, accordion, bass, fiddle, and drums). We could use to add banjo, mandolin and tin whistle, and extra points for knowing a horn. Maybe you play a horn and want to learn the whistle? We require pro chops and a fun attitude. We're all seasoned musicians, and don't have the urge to rehearse a ton. Prefer playing shows. We have a St Paddy's Day gig already booked, as well as one in January. We'd like to play every few months throughout the year, and maybe do lots of gigs every March. Mostly focused on Pogues material, with a few Dubliners tunes, some other traditional, and maybe a Flogging Molly song or two. Cheers!
