We'll breathe deeply, move intentionally, and probably laugh, . 33 floors up-surrounded by the sparkle of our city, and our kind inclusive community. On December 21st, we're cranking up the tunes, and the festive vibes as Aubre Winters takes us through a musically driven sculpt to the beat movement practice. This will be followed by Katy Hanlon's signature heart-opening vinyasa yoga flow. DJ alissa.jo will be providing the soundtrack to this soul-expanding experience. We'll end class with a cosmic sound healing meditation from the talented Jay Taylor. A portion of your ticket will be donated to a Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health.
