Looking For A Reliable Hard Working Handyman

I'm looking for a handyman or handywoman, that we can hire to do random tasks around the house once or twice a month. Candidate must have experience in tasks listed below and must be able to supply own tools. We are looking for someone who can complete the following list of task. *Install/tighten existing door knobs (bedroom/bathroom/front door) *Install new ceiling fan *Install new spotlight to light back property from back deck *Install electric netting expansion on property *Clean garage *Blow all the leaves out of dog lot (we have a leaf blower with 100ft cord) *Cut down small unwanted bushes (we have a gas chain saw that can be used) This list will be done at different times. First to get done will be door knobs, electric netting, leaves and garagehandy woman, So if that's something you're good at, please send me your hourly rate and a references if you have some. Please note that I need someone who is qualified to do all these tasks and has their own tools. Please don't respond if you're unable to comply. Our property is off North Point Blvd and University Parkway Must not be afraid of dogs. We have large dogs on the property. Also, you MUST be fully vaccinated with proof. This has nothing to do with anyone's political views, this is strictly my health. I am currently high risk and I cannot allow unvaccinated to be around me or enter my home.
