Sattva (Susan) Daniel is an internationally certified laughter yoga leader and E-RYT 200-hour Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor and Secretary/Treasurer of the NH Herbal Network. She has been practicing meditation for life times, meditating since a young child in the forest and began her yoga journey in 1994 with a Kripalu instructor, she returned to her herbal roots with a Boston Herbal Studies apprenticeship in 2006 and began teaching yoga in New England in 2011. Sattva (Susan) started Sea Glass Yoga & Wellness in 2013 to serve and empower others in the community to live to their highest potential as a human being.
