I have adhd so I know very well that keeping a class short, sweet, and to the point is extremely beneficial in keeping (me) focused and on track. > My class is hands on the whole time which helps with keeping focus and feeds the need to move/touch/do while learning & observing. > There’s plenty of room to move around - and encouraged if you need it! > Bring your tools; Everything else is provided! > If you forget a clip or a pen, we got you. Plus, each work station is named and set up prior to class so there’s no anxiety in looking for your spot or wondering if you left anything behind. > I’m doing the class with you! That’s what hands on means- you go as I go. I’ll be right in the middle of the group so there’s no guessing if you can’t see something. > Class notes & video provided! No pen? No problem.
