*************************** JOB FAIR TUESDAY 12/14 *************************** ***************** $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS + 50% RENT DISCOUNT ***************** Chateau Lake Terrace will be conducting a Maintenance Tech Job Fair Tuesday December, 14th from 10am to 2pm. Duties: • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas • Perform on-call duties • HVAC certification required Incentives: • $19/hr+ (dependent upon experience) • Great benefits • $1500 Sign-on bonus • 50% rent discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave We look forward to visiting with you in-person at 1610 Robert E Lee Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70122.
