AMyoga is hosting an end of year restoration to reflect, renew + release 2021! A restorative practice is a slow and soothing self-care practice. You will be guided into stillness to ease your nervous system and optimize healing. Exploring your own version of stillness will allow you a moment to pause and be present with your body, mind and heart. Showing up for this practice consistently can repair your nervous system, tap into deep relaxation and inner guidance, relieve stress, improve digestion along with all mind and body functions.
