Learn the art of creating a beautiful and tasty board! Ready to dive in and create a spectacular charcuterie board for your New Years get together? Don't quite know where to begin or what pairs well with what? In this class you will have all your questions answered by Chef Craig! Come and see from a Chef's perspective what makes a great charcuterie board, learn the art of presentation, make a pork rillette, and see how pickled mustard seeds can be as versatile as a glaze, dip, or spread to make your board as unique as the host! Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served with your meal. Cost for this class is $60.00 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance. You will review what meats go with certain cheeses, Chef will show you how to make your board unique. At the end of the presentation you will enjoy a selection of charcuterie items along with some great wines and a bubbly chosen by our bar manager and wine connoisseur, Devin Byrne . You will receive 20% off and will have 30 minutes after the class to enjoy some shopping time.
