A few years ago I made my wife a metal Rose. That I made for her in welding class. Not too long afterwards it was lost on Spice Island drive in Sparks. I never thought about posting it until now. I'm hoping maybe somebody picked it up and kept it. It meant a lot to my wife. We talk about it periodically. And it stands for a lot of what we've been through in our first 26 years. I know it's a long shot for it to actually turn up. It would be like a miracle to her if it did, and it would be a good end to a year that's been full of bad news for her health-wise. So I figured I'd give it a shot. It was of course made of steel. The Rose Part of it carbon steel. A black and dark red color. The stem was made of three different colored wires (which are actually pieces of filler wire) all twined together. The stem is long and bent up underneath the Rose part to where it stands on its stem so that the rose is suspended about two inches off the surface that it is placed on. Probably hard to picture but if you've seen it you'll know, because It's one of a kind. If you have it please let me know. If you know who does please inform them of this ad.
