This event gives residents, stakeholders, researchers, & providers a space to engage in dialogue around how we can improve health outcomes. We intend to utilize this time to review updated data from the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment. Upon reviewing highlighted social determinants of health that have a significant impact on the overall health status of Spartanburg County our dialogue will be transitioned into an identification of priority areas for our Community Health Improvement Plan. This is a great time to be a part of the decision-making process for assuring a healthier community for all. Let's build a community of health- together !
