Ms. Margaret Gordon founded the West Oakland Environmental Indicators Project more than 20 years ago to ditch dirty diesel pollution in West Oakland and build a more resilient community through environmental justice. WOEIP is thrilled to invite you to our annual gala birthday celebration in honor of this giant in the movement. At 75 years young, Ms. Margaret continues to lead the way through collaborative power sharing processes, equipping residents with the skills and expertise to drive change in their own neighborhoods. Help us continue her life's work as we celebrate and expand her legacy. Join us for a lively evening of good music, great food, and community celebration!
