These are some of the skills we are looking for. * General building maintenance experience in either Commercial or Multi-Family (Apartment) * Basic plumbing and some electrical knowledge * Carpentry and drywall repair experience * Interior and exterior painting experience * Ability to work with pressure and deadlines * Appliance trouble shooting and repair a plus * Ability to work after hours and weekends to accommodate emergencies * You must have your own hand tools and reliable transportation Multiple positions currently available.
