Hello! My name is Ari and I'm looking for bands, solo musicians, etc. that are in need of an affordable jam/practice space. My group has been playing in my basement for the last couple years and it's a space available to other musicians now that we aren't practicing anymore. It isn't much but it fits four-five people comfortably enough and the neighborhood doesn't hear everything. I'm in the monroe district, right below Garland! I'm open for conversation about pricing, storing your equipment at the location so you don't have to haul your stuff every time, or even hourly sessions if that is what is being sought after. My preferred scenario would be finding two seperate groups that each practice once a week, and we can grow a trusting relationship to leave stuff in the basement and respect each others space/property. Depending on the scenario, I'd hope to charge somewhere between 200-300/month. I also have a drum set down there that I would prefer to leave alone for my own practicing needs.
