In search for an experienced commercial/Residential painters for an immediate FULL TIME position. Interior and exterior painting projects include New ground up homes, dental offices, warehouses, tenant buildouts, etc. Mainly light commercial work Meet the following: -Must have prior painting experience with brush and roll, cutting in, spraying and using a spray pump, staining, pressure washing, taping off and all prep work. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME WEEKEDNS!! VAILD LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION WE DO TRAVEL MUST BE WILLING TRAVEL -Must be comfortable with heights off ladders and boom lifts. -Must have an attention to detail while still being able to perform quickly and efficiently. -Must be able to work as a team side by side with a small crew, as well being self motivated to work singularly. - Must be presentable and trustworthy as we will be in customers homes and businesses. -Must be reliable, timely, able to work a full work week including occasional nights and weekends. -Must have own transportation, valid driver license, paint whites and tools. Have your own LADDER 6ft. I’ll supply bigger. I don’t care if you smoke crack- do it off work hours, brush teeth and come work and be presentable. Experienced painters- sorry new guys I’m not Training, If you show up and new and slow I’ll ask you to leave. *No handymen, construction workers, maintenance workers or drywall man.
