I suck at guitar and would like to join/start a band

Hi, I’m a really inexperienced (started playing in April of 2021) guitar player in my late teens and would like to start a band, preferably with some people in that same demographic, although not mandatory, as I really would just like to start a rock band. The main bands I listen to are Nirvana, Weezer, The Beatles, The Ramones, Joy division, Led Zepplin, The Strokes, etc, etc. Basically really into alternative and punk.
