Beginner's 8-week Tai Chi Class
Learn Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1, with certified instructor Sandra Mighell. This form is among the easier tai chi forms to learn, and it has been very well researched--it even has CDC endorsement for improved joint function, as well as benefits for mental and emotional wellbeing! Tai Chi is based in slow, smooth and continuous motion, enabling practitioners to build "stop-twitch" muscles and prevent falls. It also greatly enhances relaxation and rejuvenation for mind and emotions.
