Herbs and spices have played an essential role in human culture before written history. Today, people use these plants in various ways, such as food flavoring, perfumes, digestives, aromatherapy, and more.
In this program will look at different herbs and spices that will grow in Putnam County. The program will be divided into Annuals, Perennials, Trees, and Shrubs.
A small herb sale will occur at the program's conclusion. Proceeds from the sale will purchase plants and materials for herb and vegetable gardening at the ARC of Putnam County
