Description

Register interest to be a model for Nail Polish and Gel Polish training. Oyespa will be performing internal training for nail polish and gel polish. Models will receive complimentary polish services, but services may not include a full manicure or pedicure. Models will receive $20 Oyespa Gift Card to use towards any product or service. If you are interested in participating as a model, complete this registration, we will call you to setup a date and time. You will be required to sign a waiver.
