patio roof leaking 34 x 12

Description

I have a 34 by 12 patio attached to my stucco tile roof house. It has shingles that started to leak and I have cents put about three coats of the white coating but that didn't seal it. I also put flashing underneath the edge of the tiles with some black sealer but that all kind of separated as I do not know what the heck I am doing. I tried to patch what looked like some sinkholes that had standing water with some kind of black spray paint crap but it looks like it's separated as well and didn't work. So I have water damage and it looks like about four sheets of plywood at least need to be replaced. I guess I need the shingles and coating all removed and a few pieces of plywood replaced and then the roof replaced with something else like rolled Roofing. Open to suggestions, let me know
