Steadily growing Scottsdale based pool company has an immediate opening for a full time pool technician. Earn up to $50,000 per year with the opportunity for advancement. Job Description: Requires a reliable, customer service driven tech that can start out managing between 40-70 pools a week. This is a year-round position. As one of our technicians you will be maintaining water chemistries, pool equipment and properly cleaning the pools. Requirements ~ All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please): Be a true professional with a desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skill each day. This includes attending certification programs which are company paid. Be reliable and be able to start work early. Have a clean appearance with a professional attitude. Have Minimum Experience 6 months servicing residential swimming pools Be able to communicate with customers effectively and with respect. Be organized and able communicate with your supervisor thru the day. Be able to lift up to 50lbs Be able to work legally in the US Have a pick-up truck, valid AZ driver’s license, car insurance and a clean driving record Pass a drug test Have a clean driving record. Perfection is not required, but no major mishaps such as DUI's. Have a smartphone that can take and send pictures, send and receive e-mails and texts. Minimum Experience 6 months servicing residential swimming pools is preferred. Compensation: Our technicians earn $13.00/pool to start and are scheduled Monday thru Friday. You will be paid hourly while you are being trained. You will be considered self-employed (1099) and receive your check weekly. If you are a hardworking and dependable employee you will receive raises and bonuses in addition to extra pay for minor repairs, filter cleanings, etc. We also offer 2 weeks paid vacation.
