After 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, the following parking lots are available free of charge: Melilli Plaza (by City Hall, behind Main Street Market)Arcade Lot (on Dingwall Drive)Russell Library Lot (on Broad Street)Marino Lot (behind Kid City) Please note that there are no changes to metered parking spots on City Streets.
