Here are the top stories in Irving today: An Oak Cliff assisted living facility was devastated by fire late last month. Wesley and Shahn Place Inc. opened its doors in the 1980s to serve children and adults with intellectual and learning disabilities. No one was in the building at the time of the fire, which occurred on November 26. Authorities say the cause of the fire is still unknown.
